can you contact a bus garage and see if they'll donate a bus for the weekend? and post to find a volunteer bus driver?
 This event is bringing in a crowd too big to stay at 'just' the double-tree hotel. Members will be staying nearby at townhouse suites and homewood suites, only 0.4 miles away from the double tree. When I went to anim eiowa they had a shuttle bud driving to all the nearby hotels within a 2 mile radius of the marriot there. Volunteer bus driver all weekend, and donated bus and gas from a local school. Best experience ever! it really made things go smoothly. Members didn't have to walk too far in heels or delicate costumes. And if it rained the bus really came in handy.
please post if you are with me on this idea! I know 8 people in my group that would really appreciate this.

If we end up selling out the double-tree its something we will definitely look into.
